By accessing or using our website, CRM platform, mobile features, or any of our real estate services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Sharing

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy. Specifically, regarding mobile information, no SMS messaging opt-in data or consent will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Program Description: You may receive text messages from us regarding property listing updates, market insights, transaction updates, appointment reminders, and promotional marketing messages (e.g., "Text Blasts").

  • Consent & Opt-In: By checking the opt-in box on our registration forms or providing your number, you expressly consent to receive automated and manual text messages from us. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

  • Message Frequency: The frequency of text messages varies based on your interactions and search criteria (e.g., how often new listings matching your preferences become available).

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless provider for details on your text plan.

  • How to Opt-Out / Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at ladonna@therealestateshoppein.com.

  • Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Real Estate Shoppe, LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of The Real Estate Shoppe, LLC.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website or Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of  Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
